Guest posting is simple when it is done in the open. You want a page on a publisher website that mentions you, with a link that a reader could follow. The host wants an article their audience will finish. Vexa Agency Pro sits between those two needs. We keep a publisher workbook — more than ten thousand rows — with niche, DA, DR, traffic, turnaround, link type and price on the same line. You are not buying a mystery “guest post pack”. You are buying a named site, then an article that site will accept.
Why the sheet comes first
Most disappointment in guest posting comes from discovering the site after payment. The niche was wrong. The editor wanted 1,200 words and a local angle. The link was nofollow. The traffic number was a screenshot from 2019. We reverse that order. Browse sites and pricing, filter, shortlist, then brief. If you would rather not pick row by row, send the niche and budget. We still reply with named domains before writing starts.
Availability changes. A site that took finance last quarter may have closed the category. We re-confirm acceptance, link type and turnaround with the publisher before we invoice. If the row is dead, we say so and suggest a neighbour in the same tab. That conversation is slower than a fake “guaranteed live in 24 hours” marketplace. It is also how posts actually go live.
What the article has to do
Publishers reject generic AI sludge and sales copy dressed as a guide. Afshan checks the host’s rules: word count, bio, number of links, whether they want data, whether they hate first person. We write to that brief. If you supply the draft, we still run it against those rules. One revision round for editor comments is normal. Endless rewrites because the destination page changed mid-campaign are not — tell us the URLs up front.
The link belongs in a sentence a human would write. “According to a report from [Brand]” only works if the report exists. “Visit our homepage” in the third paragraph of an unrelated listicle is how you get the article unpublished. We would rather use a branded or naked URL than force an exact-match keyword the editor will strip. You can still request anchors. We will tell you when a publisher will not allow them.
Who does what
Bilal owns commercials and premium rows — the sites where a wrong pitch wastes a relationship. Jaweria runs the thread: when the draft went, when the editor replied, when the URL is expected. You can message her for status instead of waiting on a weekly PDF. The three of them are the whole team you will meet. There is no account manager whose job is to rephrase your email to someone else.
Agencies use us the same way brands do. If you need the report without our name on it, say so. If you need a mix of guest posts and insertions, that mix still comes from the sheet. Guest posting is the format. Link building is the outcome you care about. Content writing is the craft that gets the editor to hit publish.
Pricing without theatre
The price on the row is the placement price as we store it. PKR figures apply to eligible Pakistan clients; everyone else is quoted in USD from the same workbook. Writing is included when the publisher expects us to supply the article. If you insist on sending your own copy, we still need time to check it. Monthly packages are just a number of rows agreed in advance, quoted after the mix, not a secret discount that hides worse sites.
Premium publications often want payment before the editor starts. Once a post is live, the placement is delivered. We do not refund a published URL because rankings did not move. We also do not rent links that expire in ninety days. Read the terms before you brief a large mix. If a category is prohibited, we will not “try it anyway”.
A realistic timeline
Fast blogs on the sheet can turn around in a day once the draft is approved. Magazines and news sites work on editor calendars. The TAT column is the starting point. Add time for your own approval if legal or brand must sign off. Add time if the host asks for original images or a local case. We would rather date a live URL honestly than invent a same-week promise for a title that reviews every pitch in a Monday meeting.
When the article is live we send the URL and the anchor. Bookmark it. If it disappears, write to us. We will chase the publisher. Replacement, when the sheet allows it, is a new row — not a silent 301 to an unrelated blog.
How to start
Open the sheet, or skip straight to a brief: site, niche, destination URLs, budget. We reply with whether we can help. Typical window is 12–24 hours, Monday to Saturday. WhatsApp goes to Bilal, Afshan or Jaweria from the header icons. Guest posting is one of three services. If you only need copy for your own domain, use content writing. If you care about the link more than the byline, you are still in the right place — the byline is how the link gets permission to exist.
