Content writing that a publisher will actually accept

Human-written articles built around search intent and each host site’s rules on length, tone and links. Drafts, revisions, live-ready copy.

Recent content drafts: travel, apps, wellness, hosting and product articles Sample article heading: The top 5 intriguing pets with simple care Sample article: Hemsworth Water Park complete visitor guide
Real drafts from the writing desk — articles written to a brief, then sent to the host.

Content writing at Vexa Agency Pro exists because guest posts and useful pages do not write themselves. Editors reject fluff. Readers bounce from keyword stuffing. We write for the person who will publish the piece and the person who might read it — in that order. If the host wants 800 words, a neutral tone and one contextual link, that is the brief. If you need a cluster of articles for your own site, we still start with intent: what the searcher is trying to do, not a list of words to bold.

Guest-post writing versus site writing

Most of our drafts are for someone else’s CMS. That changes the job. You cannot assume your brand voice, your product table, or three commercial links in 600 words. The publisher’s guide wins. We ask for it, or we infer it from recent posts on that domain. Afshan flags a brief that will not pass: too salesy, too thin, wrong geography, missing the data the vertical expects. Fixing that before drafting saves a week of editor tennis.

Writing for your own blog is looser on links and tighter on your offer. We still want a primary intent, a sensible title, a meta description that matches the page, and a structure a skimmer can use. We do not promise the article will rank. We promise it is original, readable, and aligned with the brief you signed off. One revision round is included. A second round is for editor or legal comments, not for changing the topic after delivery.

How a brief should look

Send the destination page, the audience, any words you must use or must avoid, examples of pieces you like, and whether this draft will live on your domain or a publisher from our sheet. If it is a guest post, send the row or the domain. Word counts on the sheet and in the publisher’s email both matter; we take the stricter one. If you have a subject-matter expert, a twenty-minute call beats a 4,000-word Google Doc of contradictory notes.

We will not invent case-study numbers, fake quotes, or medical claims. If the piece needs a statistic, we use a source you can name or we cut the sentence. That is slower than generating a confident paragraph. It is also how you stay on a publisher’s good list. Health, legal and finance hosts are especially allergic to unsourced advice. Tell us the niche early so we do not outline a piece they will never run.

Process from outline to URL

For guest posts, the writing step sits after the publisher is confirmed. There is no point drafting a 1,500-word feature for a blog that only takes 700-word lists. Outline, draft, internal check against the host rules, your approval if you asked for it, submission, editor notes, live URL. Jaweria tracks where the file is. You should not have to chase a shared drive.

For your own site, we can stop at the Google Doc or Word file with title and meta. Publishing in WordPress is on you unless we agree otherwise. Images: we can specify what to shoot or source; we do not scrape random photos with unknown licences. If you need infographics, that is a separate design brief, not a free extra inside an article pack.

What “SEO content” means here

It means the article is built to answer a query a person would type or speak, with headings that match how they scan, and without a keyword stuffed into every H2. It does not mean we reverse-engineer a guaranteed position. Search changes. Competitors publish. Your technical health matters. Our job is copy that deserves to be indexed and, on guest posts, copy that deserves a link because the mention is earned in the paragraph.

We are not a full-service content studio for video, social or email sequences. Three services: link building, guest posting, content writing. Writing supports the first two and can stand alone when you need pages on your domain. If you want a six-month editorial calendar across ten channels, you need a different kind of team. If you want articles that get accepted and URLs that go live, you are in the right brief.

Pricing and packs

Guest-post writing is usually bundled into the placement price when the publisher expects us to supply the article. A standalone writing pack is quoted per brief: number of pieces, depth, and whether subject-matter review is on you or on us. See pricing for campaign mixes, then tell us in the contact form if you only need copy. PKR quotes apply to eligible Pakistan clients; otherwise we quote in USD.

Plagiarism is a hard no. Rewriting a competitor’s post with synonyms is also a no. If two clients in the same niche need similar explainers, they still get separate drafts. We keep prohibited categories out of the queue the same way we do for links: CBD, gambling, adult, tobacco, kratom, loan spam, wigs, vape, credit-card and insurance offers.

Working with the rest of the team

Bilal steps in when a premium host’s editor is the bottleneck or when the commercial terms of a writing-plus-placement mix need a human, not a form. Afshan is the quality gate. Jaweria is status. Header icons open WhatsApp or Facebook for all three. Typical reply window is 12–24 hours, Monday to Saturday. Send the niche and the URL. We will tell you whether we write it, place it, or both.
